Any purchase made on are NOT eligible for refund or cancellation. However in special cases, we may approve a refund request, decision of which will solely depend on the management. If the Student’s Card/Bank Account has been debited multiple times or excess amount has been debited in a single transaction, due to any technical error, in such cases, excess amount excluding Payment Gateway charges and Processing Fee  would be refunded to the candidate. The Student MUST notify us of their desire to cancel the purchase/ refund in writing within 2 working days of purchasing the course.  Requests must be sent via email at The application will be processed manually and after verification, if the claim is found valid, the amount received in excess will be refunded within 15 working days.
